Returns and Exchanges


Rocket Dog Brands, LLC will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a $6.95 per shipment fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 6 weeks of when the return authorization was issued. Do not send back without obtaining a return authorization as your package will be sent back to you. You may request a return authorization by calling 866-938-4806.

All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on final sale items.

Rocket Dog Brands, LLC guarantees against manufacturers defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the item you received is defective and it was purchased from, please contact us by calling 866-938-4806.


Rocket Dog Brands, LLC will gladly authorize exchanges of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. Our products are in high demand and if you were to send back the item you want for an exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at the time return is received. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color that you want and then call customer service at 866-938-4806 to get a return authorization and a prepaid mailing label to send the item back to us. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full credit (freight included) will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.


If you are to make a purchase at and then see the price of your item reduced ON OUR SITE, within 10 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a price adjustment. A receipt must be provided in order to receive a credit back. Please call customer service at 866-938-4806 for assistance with receiving your adjustment.
