But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item so we will make it as easy as possible. 

We gladly accept returns purchased from Rocket Dog.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Here is our extended holiday return policy to help you in planning your shopping for friends and family this holiday.

Effective on purchases starting November 15, 2023, all purchases will be accepted for an extended return period until Jan. 31, 2024.

Please note for BOGO returns your refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced.   When you purchase items as a Buy One Get One offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

All items must be unworn and in the original packaging.  We encourage you to try on your Rocket Dogs indoors to make sure everything looks and feels great!

Please obtain a copy of your return tracking for your records & note: Refunds will normally take 7-10 business days from receipt of returned goods. An email/text will be sent when a refund has been issued.

HOW TO RETURN

Returns are via FedEx SmartPost.

A returns label is included in the parcel. Simply fill out the form, attach address label to the package ensuring it is securely wrapped and drop it off at one of over 35,000 Fedex collection points.

RETURN COSTS

There is a non refundable $8.95 fee for the FedEx Smartpost prepaid shipping label but there will be no restocking fee on returns.

Can I return my purchase?

Of course. A FedEx Smartpost return label is included in the package. Only cost of product will be refunded, not initial shipping cost.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, simply return it to us for a refund then place a new order on our website.

Where can I drop off my return?

Find your local FedEx Smartpost drop off point here. 

Have you received my return?

Returns normally take from 7-10 days to reach us and can be tracked on the Fedex Smartpost website using the reference on your receipt. 

Where is my refund?

Refunds will normally take 7-10 days from receipt of returned goods.

I can't find my returns label?

Please contact customer service @ rdcs@rocketdog.com or call (877) 545-4806. Remember to include details of your purchase, including order number so we can process your return. 

I bought a Rocket Dog product from another retailer, can I return it?

Only product purchased through the Rocket Dog website can be returned. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the sellers terms and conditions.
