Promotion Returns Rules

Good deals are kinda our thing, but we know they can make returns a little confusing. No stress! This page breaks down what applies to your order depending on the promo, so you can return with confidence or shop knowing exactly what you’re signing up for.

Find your promo code below to see details on returns.

% Off - BOTY4 / FALLRD25

We gladly accept returns for this promotion. All items must be unworn; you will be refunded for the price you paid after the promotion. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Visit RETURN page to start your return.

BOGO - WOWOCT / SNEAK25 / CLOGBOGO

This deal works only when two pairs are kept, so returning one means the full promo no longer applies. That said, we’ve got your back, we’ll still give you a refund that reflects a fair, adjusted promo price. We’ll happily accept eligible, unworn items and issue a refund with a proportionally reduced value to reflect the offer. Ready to start your return? Head over to our  RETURN page.
