Return Policy Guidelines

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • Unworn Condition: Shoes must be unworn with no scratches to the outsole.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original box and packaging with all tags attached.
  • Official Purchases Only: We only accept returns for products purchased directly through our official website. If purchased elsewhere, please contact that specific retailer.


Shipping & Refund Fees

  • Original Shipping Fees: Initial shipping charges are strictly non-refundable, as these fees cover the cost of the original delivery service already rendered.

  • Return Shipping Fee: A standard return shipping fee of $8.95 will be automatically deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Checkout+ Exception: If the customer opted into Checkout+ during the initial purchase, the standard $8.95 return shipping fee is entirely waived, making the return process free of charge.

  • Proportional Discounts: When a discount is applied to a multi-item order (like Buy One, Get One), the total savings are spread proportionally across all eligible items.

  • Refund Calculation: If any individual item from the promotion is returned, the refund will not be the full retail price. Instead, it will be the item's original price minus its shared portion of the total discount.

  • Only product purchased through the Rocket Dog official website can be returned. If purchased elsewhere, please refer to the sellers terms and conditions.

WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?

Checkout+ is optional coverage you can add to your order at checkout. When selected, it covers the return shipping on every item in your order, so if you ever need to send something back, you won't pay a shipping fee.
