If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy. Start a return or exchange

Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Shoes are unworn with no scratches on the outsole
  • Items are in the original box and packaging with all tags attached
  • Purchased directly from rocketdog.com (if purchased elsewhere, contact that retailer)

Fees & Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Without Checkout+, a flat $8.95 shipping fee is charged when you start a return or exchange. Checkout+ waives this fee.
  • Shipping in either direction typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your distance from California.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive your package.
  • For multi-item promotions (like Buy One, Get One), the discount is split proportionally across items. If you return one, you’ll be refunded its price minus its share of the discount.

What is Checkout+?
Optional coverage for $2.98, added at checkout. It covers shipping on returns and exchanges for every item in this order for free.
