Rocket Dog offers FREE standard shipping for all orders over $65.00.
Holiday Schedule and Returns
- Christmas Delivery, to receive your order by 12/24:
- Order by 12/11 before 9:30 am PST / 12:30 pm EST for standard shipping
- Order by 12/21 before 9:30 am PST / 12:30 pm EST for Next Day delivery.
- Order by 12/18 before 9:30 am PST / 12:30 pm EST for Two Day delivery.
- Extended Holiday Returns: All orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31, 2026.
- Holiday Processing: If you are loving our holiday savings, please note that due to popular demand it could take us a day or two to process your order if placed during the weekend. Thank you for being patient!
Orders are shipped using Federal Express SmartPost; which utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO and DPO destinations
- Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska transit time can take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. As Per FEDEX they ship orders via boat which causes longer transit time.
Orders are generally delivered within 10-17 business days within the contiguous U.S. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.
Shipping outside the contiguous US will incur a $24.95 shipping charge per order.
Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's total and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed*.
