WE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR ROCKET DOG SHOES!
However, if they’re not quite right, we’ve made returning them as easy as possible. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. We encourage you to try on your Rocket Dogs indoors to make sure everything looks and feels great!
We gladly accept returns purchased from www.RocketDog.com for a refund. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. **The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable.
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The shoes are unworn (no outdoor use).
- They are in their original box and packaging
- All tags remain attached.

Please note for BOGO returns your refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced. When you purchase items as a Buy One Get One offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

- If you have more than 1 item in the same order, you will need to select the item(s) you want to return.
- Select a return reason (to help us improve our product and service in the future)
- Click "REQUEST RETURN" button

Approval
- Once we approved the return, you will receive an email with shipping instruction.
- A return shipping label will be sent to you in the same email.
- Print, pack and send your item back to us.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive your item.
