"I love these boots! I actually owned a pair several years ago and wore them all the time until they were literally falling apart. I finally decided to rekindle the relationship! But it wasn't until I eagerly put the new pair on that I remembered I had actually needed to do a half step up in size due to the narrow toe box. (First purchase was in store). The length is true to my size 9½ foot, but I should have gone with size 10 for the sake of my poor toes! Another note, I have high arches which has always made boots difficult to put on 😅"

"I ordered these and they did not fit so tried to return. FedEx said because I wasn’t sent a QR code or return label they would have to charge me $25, half the price of the boots. I have emailed, called repeatedly to get one and my email was returned and phone goes immediately to voicemail. I have ordered boots before and liked them and even sent other people to their site but with return service like this I will never order from them again!!"

"Purchased two pairs similar Rocket Dog black and brown waterproof boots, years ago, worn out, too comfy, purchased this new boot in black a few months ago, love them so much, buying a brown pair, perfect for wind, rain and snow, so comfortable I wear them in summer too. Fit is good, when removing the Right boot I occasionally need help, a little tighter than the left. 72 yrs old female 6. 5 shoe/boot customer for several years at Mall stores & recently online too!"
