"I wish they were "as expected" from Rocket dog; I have many pairs. Unfortunately, I didn't get to really try them on as they shipped the wrong size shoe inside the right-size shoe box; had I not checked, I would have said they run too small. I didn't want a replacement (oh, forgot. . . they don't do replacements); sadly, they were too heavy for me and I was afraid I'd klomp-klomp too much. Too bad. . . was looking forward to wearing them."
"The shoes I bought didn’t fit and I requested a return slip that day. It took a couple days to get the return slip. I mailed it back immediately that day. I also mailed back shoes to OnCloud the same day. I received the credit for the other shoes in 3 days when they received the return. It’s been 10 days since I mailed my return to Rocket Dog and still no word on a refund. Will not purchase from this company again"

"These slippers are comfortable, but too big and they don't have any arch support. I had a pair of these years ago that were one piece across the toes (no seam in the middle) and they had arch support. Also a thicker layer of fleece lining. My daughter and I each had a pair and we ADORED them. Wish we could go back a couple of steps."
"I've been buying rocket dog shoes for years. Unfortunately after wearing these only a few times, the insole by the toes is coming undone. It's annoying and I'm not sure how to glue it down without making a total mess and ruining the inside."
